Most professionals today recognise that the accelerated rate of change in today's fast-moving world requires them to continually refine current skills and look to acquire new skills in order to remain valuable and relevant contributors. From an organisational viewpoint, mbh's experience is that employees who consistently take adult learning courses are much more likely to accept change and to become more enthusiastic contributors.
mbh's individual learning and growth courses provide advanced training on key aspects of the dynamic managing by project methodology, including business case writing, portfolio management, program and project management, and change management. Our courses are experiential in nature and encourage a high degree of interaction from participants, with a great deal of hands-on experience and role-plays using simulated project situations. The courses' emphasise providing theoretical guidelines and applying them immediately either individually, or in a syndicated group environment.

These individual learning and growth courses are conducted through a mixture of lectures, case studies and exercises. The lecture sessions are illustrated by examples and participants are encouraged to get involved, sharing experiences in the lecture sessions and syndicate exercises. Participants' questions are actively encouraged during the course.
